Check for MWSE Dwemer Double Doors by Pherim! Makes it without editing cells and synchronizes opening and closing.
In Morrowind doors in dwemer ruins open in a strange direction. You may think that dwemers were strange, but more likely it's a bug, not a feature, because the game engine rotates any door only clockwise by Z axis, while opening it. So I came up to flip the door model in NIF file, then replaced the half of the double doors and flipped it again. As a result, the door's orientation is correct, its Z axis is flipped and rotation thus changed to counterclockwise.
